POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) and fibromyalgia are chronic conditions that often overlap, sharing symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, and pain. While POTS primarily affects the autonomic nervous system, causing dizziness, rapid heart rate, and fainting, fibromyalgia is characterized by widespread pain and sleep disturbances. Both conditions can significantly impact quality of life, and understanding their connections can help guide treatment approaches.

In this presentation Kate will discuss the causes of POTS, how POTS is diagnosed, and what treatments can be used to help reduce symptoms.
