Here’s a quick, five minute video on how to use the delegate access feature to send and respond to emails in the INFO email account for FAC. The specific example used in the video is in regards to sending out template letters to Support groups, but the basic information is the same.
Please note you must have already accepted the invitation from GMAIL to be a delegate for the account in order for this to work.
Basic overview:
- visit https://mail.google.com and log in using your own email and login password for YOUR gmail account
- in the upper right hand corner where your profile image is, click your photo and select Fibro Canada (purple circle with letter ‘F’) profile
- this will take you tot he Fibro Canada email account
- compose your email, enter the “To:’ address and then select “info@fibrocanada.ca” in the From dropdown list if it isn’t already set to that
- either use a template or write the body of the email according to your needs
- click SEND when you’re ready
