Fibromyalgia Support Network: Take note of the variety of group programs, FM Sharing Circles, and exercise activities listed in their Month-At-A-Glance calendar. Through the year, several trauma-informed workshop series using expressive arts therapy are held by a Clinical Social Worker, who is a certified Expressive Arts and Sand tray Therapist. There are also monthly Health Talks, Information Sessions, and special events.
